If your niche is health&beauty or make up, Mary Kay is a great business opportunity. I am an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay, but I can assure you that I am not saying anything untrue just to get someone in my business. I have been part of many different business opportunities but, Mary Kay tops them all. Not only is the products great, the commission is great, and the business structure is even greater.

How I came across Mary Kay & Why I started

I went through many different business opportunities searching for my niche and it was truly a struggle. The biggest struggle for me was the fact that I am ADHD so I have a hard time staying focused on one thing unless I am truly interested in it. I thought everything was my niche but, I was so wrong. That thought alone cost me so much time and money it was crazy! One day I was working my janitorial business and I decided to take my mother to get a makeover. I needed us to get out and love on ourselves a little. Boost our self esteem.

Once we got to the makeover I realized it was  a Mary Kay makeover and that was fine. I wasn't sure of what the results would be because honestly I thought Mary Kay was for older women. Not only that, I also never thought of starting my own Mary Kay business when I walked in. During the makeover I thought to myself, these ladies are all pretty, happy, and helpful. After the makeover was complete I was so happy with my results I felt like a million bucks and so did my mother. Before we left the ladies explained the Mary Kay business opportunity and I was curious.

I didn't join that day but, a few days later I was contacted by one of the ladies and during that call I started my own Mary Kay business. I couldn't believe the way the products worked on my skin, I was amazed by the friendly&successful people within the business, and the commission and marketing structure. Those thing alone had me so excited to get started that I finally realized what my true niche was.

Beauty Brings Confidence

Mary Kay stands for so much more than just make up. Mary Kay is more than a business opportunity. In my opinion Mary Kay is all about giving others the opportunity to find true beauty and gain confidence. Beauty is more than just on the outside. Inner beauty is just as important as how you look. Sometimes we must look good to feel good and it works vise versa as well. When we don't feel beautiful others can sense it and it gives them a different prospective of how they see you as well. When we feel beautiful the confidence shows and others can see the confidence within us. That confidence gives us power! Mary Kay is set up for you to love one another share the love and the success and find true confidence.

With most businesses you buy you way in they give you a few training videos and an email address and then you are on your own. Not with Mary Kay. You are welcomed by a group of other successful Mary Kay business owners (your teammates) which encourage you, train you, and support you every day of the week. The confidence you can gain from being part of such a wonderful opportunity is truly amazing!
